1.Can I book?

We accept bookings for 6 or more people. Otherwise we run on a walk in only basis.


2. Do you have vegan options?

Yes, we have plenty of  vegan options available. Please let our staff know of your dietary requirements on arrival and we can assist.


3. Do you have gluten free  or dairy free options?

Whilst we do serve GF and DF options, all our food is created in a small kitchen where there may be gluten  and dairy nearby, we cannot guarantee there won’t be any cross contamination.


4. Are dogs allowed?

Yes, as long as they're well behaved.


5. Do you have to book afternoon tea?

 If you are a group of 2 or more you will need to book a table with us.


6. Are Afternoon Teas available with special dietary requirements?


Yes, Afternoon Teas are available as gluten free or vegan.


7. Are you wheelchair friendly?

We have one shallow steps in the cafe. We are willing to help, please ask a member of staff.


8. Will you be busy on Saturday at 1pm?

We don't take regular bookings for the cafe. So we could well be busy, but come along we'd love to see you.


9.Do you accept bookings for bigger parties?

Yes, we offer priavate hire of our cafe, Please just send us an email and enquire. and we will do our best to accommodate.


10. Filming & photography requests ?

We are delighted that the Blossom Cafe attracts so much attention in film and photography. Please can we ask that if you are a brand and are interested in carrying out any filming or photography in the Cafe, that you contact us in advance to discuss your requirements. Due to the busy nature of the Cafe we are unable to accommodate all requests and prior permission is required in order to avoid disappointment. Please direct all requests to blossomcardiff@gmail.com
